Workshop: Courage for simplicity and the immersion in the „State of mind“

This idea serves as a metaphor for the workshop: Being surprised, being amazed to see and to experience with all senses on a mental and body language level the simplicity of objects and of yourself. Deal with everthing a. dare to change, what you already have as a human being, performer, dancer, choreographer, light designer etc. Dive into your personal state of mind and find your boarders a.needs for your individual work. Open up and discover new physical possibilties and abilities you weren’t aware of before. This day has the aim to lead you to your point of view where you don’t have to present yourself or to produce something. More important is, that you will bring something out which was hidden in your artistic life for a while.
